I earned my doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois. I recently completed the APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship through Morrison Child and Family Services. My training thus far has allowed me the opportunity to work within a variety of different settings including community health clinics, a pediatric developmental clinic, schools, and inpatient programming. These experiences provided me with the opportunity to work with children facing many challenges such as complex trauma histories, behavioral problems, cognitive and educational problems, autism spectrum disorder, and difficulties within their primary relationships.
For each assessment that I conduct, my goal is to help children and their families develop a clearer sense of their existing strengths and to identify targeted supports that facilitate growth. I feel grateful for the opportunity to take part in a process that works towards expanding a young person’s potential and enhancing their connections to others.
