MindSights is a psychological clinic committed to providing comprehensive, client-tailored psychological assessment services, combining the best science with compassionate practice. We provide comprehensive psychological assessment services to young people affected by developmental/relational trauma, learning disabilities, complex/comorbid psychiatric conditions, and neurodevelopmental disorders.

We currently have job openings for a Practice Management Assistant, Psychologist Resident(s), and Licensed Psychologist(s) positions.

Administrative Positions:

The Practice Management Assistant position primarily provides logistical, operational, data analysis, and management/administrative support to the MindSights Practice Manager to ensure the smooth functioning of MindSights overall operations and infrastructure. The Practice Management Assistant also supports the MindSights RAPID assessment Program Manager (a unique clinical service providing broad-based screenings of emotional, behavioral, and developmental strengths/needs for children entering foster care). Bi-lingual English/Spanish speaking is essential for serving many of our client population.  This position involves a diverse array of duties, responsibilities, and opportunities; therefore, it also requires excellent organizational skills, flexibility, task-prioritization skills, self-direction, attention to detail and clear communication.

Clinical Positions:

MindSights is currently looking to fill a Psychologist Resident and two Licensed Psychologist Positions.  Our main clinic is located in Southeast Portland, with satellite offices in Bend, OR and in Beaverton/Hillsboro.  Successful applicants will have a firm grounding in the science and practice of psychometric assessment, excellent interpersonal skills, and an appreciation of the effects of differences in neurocognitive development on adjustment/ functioning in various life stages. A commitment to expanding one’s knowledge of cultural and socioeconomic factors and their impact on psychological development and familial functioning is essential.
