Administrative Supervisor (bilingual English/Spanish Preferred) [position description here]

The Administrative Supervisor plays the integral role of day-to-day office/administrative coordination, helping to direct referral processing and client scheduling. The Administrative Supervisor works with the Practice Manager in developing and continuously improving polices/practices for overseeing client flow, scheduling, and all non-clinical operations of the office. Bi-lingual English/Spanish speaking is essential for serving many of our client population.

In collaboration with the Practice Manager, the Administrative Supervisor manages/oversees work assignments, performance, and productivity of the administrative/office staff. This position requires knowledge and skills in psychological services business office management, or the willingness and capacity to rapidly develop such knowledge and skills. Attention to detail, organizational skills, an ability to track multiple demands, interpersonal skills, team leadership skills, and customer service skills are required.

Clinical Positions:

MindSights is currently looking to fill a Psychologist Resident and two Licensed Psychologist Positions.  Our main clinic is located in Southeast Portland, with satellite offices in Bend, OR and in Beaverton/Hillsboro.  Successful applicants will have a firm grounding in the science and practice of psychometric assessment, excellent interpersonal skills, and an appreciation of the effects of differences in neurocognitive development on adjustment/ functioning in various life stages. A commitment to expanding one’s knowledge of cultural and socioeconomic factors and their impact on psychological development and familial functioning is essential. $2,500 signing bonus!  If you accept an offer of employment with MindSights, you will be paid a $2,500 signing bonus: half will be paid at first payroll and half at second payroll.
