The position provides opportunity for highly flexible hybrid remote/in-office work (with up to 60% of work time being available for remote work).
As a Resident/Fellow with MindSights, you will receive expert clinical training in providing comprehensive, client-tailored psychological evaluation services, integrating the best science with compassionate, collaborative, affirming and inclusive practice. Successful candidates will have a firm grounding in the science and practice of psychometric assessment; excellent interpersonal skills; a commitment to ethical and just practice; humility around and curiosity about all aspects of the human experience; and an appreciation of the effects of neurodevelopment on emotional/psychological adjustment across various life stages.

MindSights places high value on collaborative practice; inter-professional communication; appreciation of diversity in all its forms; attentive support for the development of the next generations of psychologists; and the professional satisfaction of employees/trainees alike.
This position is conceptualized as a 12-month appointment, providing training experiences needed to achieve expertise in early-childhood, child, and adolescent psychological assessment, and to achieve independent licensure as a Psychologist under Oregon Board of Psychology (OBOP) rules. Ongoing employment following successful completion of the Residency/Fellowship is regularly encouraged/facilitated when mutually desired.
In addition to salary-based compensation; individual and group supervision; didactic seminars; and a range of hands-on training experiences, the MindSights’ Psychologist Residency offers:
- Reimbursement for exam fees required for licensure in Oregon (both the EPPP and the Oregon Jurisprudence exam);
