For Parents/Guardians

Thank you so much for your interest in MindSights’ psychological evaluation services.

If you or your child are experiencing a mental health emergency please either call the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline; go to your nearest hospital emergency room; or call your local County Crisis Line.

To ensure timely, high-quality care, we are temporarily pausing new referrals for psychological evaluations as we work through our current waitlist. We understand how important these assessments are, and this decision allows us to serve families more effectively.

We plan to reopen referrals for both the Portland Metro and Bend locations in October 2025.

We appreciate your patience and will provide updates as we approach our referral reopening.

Please note: this temporary pause applies to traditional psychological evaluations. Access to the Spanish And Bilingual Evaluation and Recommendations (SABER) and Indigenous Roots programs for cultural and linguistically specific services remains intact. Directions for requesting services can be found on the SABER and Indigenous Roots program pages.
