Erin Besser, Psy.D.

Erin is in our Washington County location.

I began my doctoral training in California’s bay area and eventually moved home to beautiful Oregon and completed my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at George Fox University. My post-doctoral residency was completed here at Mindsights. Prior to residency, I completed my pre-doctoral internship through Kaiser Permanente’s APA accredited internship program in Fresno, CA, focusing on behavioral medicine and neuropsychological assessment.

Over the course of my doctoral training, I have provided psychological assessments to children, teens, and adults within a variety of healthcare settings, and developed a love for neurodevelopmental assessments. I enjoy assessing children and teens to address a variety of neurodevelopmental, learning, and social-emotional development questions, and aim to help families identify and build upon their child’s strengths, support areas of challenge, and find opportunities for positive change.
