3. SMS/Mobile Messaging Program

MindSights, PC offers a mobile messaging program to enhance your client experience.

• Program Name & Description: The MindSights, PC Appointment Assistant provides automated text messages to clients who have opted in to receive them.
• Message Content: Recipients can expect to receive appointment reminders, scheduling updates, check-in instructions, and office notifications related to their care.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule. You will typically receive 1–3 messages per scheduled session.
• Pricing: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check with your wireless provider for details on your text plan.
• Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number sending the messages. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a one-time confirmation message. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.
• Customer Care: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or contact us directly at [email protected] or 503-222-0707.
• Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• SMS Privacy: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

4. User Conduct & Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our Jotforms or booking platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information.
