About Mara, Psy.D. (she/they)
I received my doctoral degree from Wright State University in 2024. My training has been providing therapy and assessment to children and adolescents within community mental health centers, schools and other community locations, and private practice organizations with focus on helping children, adolescents, and their families understand themselves and feel empowered to make changes in their lives. I completed an APA accredited pre-doctoral internship at Valley Oaks Health, a community health organization that focused on working with individuals and families who had experienced extensive trauma.
My aim is to provide youth and their caregivers the youth’s strengths and differences to help provide them clarity on themself and direction so that they can get the support and advocacy they need. I am currently a Psychologist Resident supervised by Dr. Dane Borg.
