Megan Garay, Psy.D.

About Megan, Psy.D. (she/her)

I am a licensed psychologist specializing in psychological testing, assessment, and consultation for young children, adolescents, and young adults. I earned my doctoral degree in School Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver, an APA-accredited program. I then completed my postdoctoral residency at Mountain Vista Psychology in Denver, Colorado, where I focused on neurodevelopmental evaluations across the lifespan.

My work and passion center on helping individuals and families gain a deeper understanding of cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. I frequently assess and consult on a range of concerns, including attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), learning disabilities, anxiety, depression, sensory sensitivities, trauma and traumatic stress, social and communication differences, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), neurodevelopmental conditions related to prenatal drug or alcohol exposure, and intellectual or academic giftedness.

I aim to provide families with integrated, accessible, and truly useful information. My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based practice—with the goal of supporting clarity, growth, and informed next steps for each individual and their support system.
